Luar

Luar is a 2010 buckskin gelding out of the mustang mare Lakota Sioux.

Here is what Luar’s owner, Mary Kurtz-Seiden had to say about him in December 2012; Luar is the love of my life! He is kind, gentle, loving, intelligent, magnificient, and floats across the pasture. He has an amazingly witty personality and is such a happy horse. His presence stops people in their tracks, they can not believe he is so beautiful. My trainer can not believe how intelligent he is and how quickly and willingly he learns. He is brave and couragous, nothing startles, spooks him.I could go on and on. He is my soul horse!! And, he is famous for his video playing with the big green ball (YouTube).

His video has over 1 million hits. It was played on the Ellen show, the Japanese news, and in several other countries. His video was shown on the Kentucky Derby preshow (last year) in order to demonstrate that horses have personalties, and boy does he ever 🙂 !!
